TEXA'S COLA
(lyrics A.Rebecchi)
YOU HAVE TO GO UP FROM
THE BOTTOM AT ANY COST
YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR
TO TAKE YOUR LITTLE EDEN
BRAIN, EYES, MOUTH...
THINKS, LOOK, HATE...
IT DIGS EVEN WHEN NOT NEEDED
BLOOD FROM NAILS MUST HAVE MADE SENSE
LET'S AGREE THAT YOU DON'T EXIST
LEAVE ME BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT
HERE I AM WITH MY FAULTS
NAKED IN THE SPOTLIGHT
CONDEMN ME FOR WHAT I LOOK LIKE
NOT FOR WHAT I AM
EVERY DAY A STONE INCREASES THE WEIGHT
EVERY DAY I STRUGGLE TO OPEN MY EYES
EVERY DAY IS GOOD TO GIVE A FINAL GOODBYE
Texa's Cola
Devi risalire dal fondo ad ogni costo.
Devi prenderti il tuo piccolo Eden.
Cervello, occhi, bocca
Ragiona, guarda, odio
The surprisingly comical new video from roaring metal group Red Fang is a tip of the hat to the original “Predator.” Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 12, 2016
This heavy-metal re-envisioning of Pink Floyd's magnum opus features contributions from the Melvins, Pallbearer, ASG, and many more. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 8, 2018

Cavern Deep do a very good job of molding this record to suit their concept: it is dark, strange, cramped, slightly hallucinatory, and... wet. Kudos to the psychedelic exploratory songwriting, which expertly feels like you are exploring the dark earth rather than space & time. Riffs = check, heaviness = check, etc., but the guys should really pat themselves on the back for expert mood-crafting, which in my book is the tougher thing to nail. pinkytheent
